How It Works

After you and your grandchild sign in (you just need one account), you will be able to see and hear one another with your webcams and microphones. Then choose one of our age-appropriate activities to play together. Our activities are designed to engage children and keep their attention. All the interactions are really to help the grandparent talk with the grandchild about what is on the screen.

For example, when the grandparent sends a “K” to the child, the grandparent says “What letter is that? Is that an A? Is that a K? What sound does the K make? See the kite. The kite got stuck in the tree. Kkkite.” When the child says “K” or “kuh” the grandparent cheers. It is as simple as that.

System Requirements

For the best experience, you and your grandchild both need a computer, a fast internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone or headset. Some of these may be already in your computer. Getting Started

Once you have the right equipment, you're ready to get started.

First, you'll need to Create an Account, and select the membership package you'd like. Your grandchildren won't need an account, they'll simply enter your email address to start playing. While having an account is necessary to connect to your grandchild properly, we offer a 7 day free trial so you can test it before purchasing a membership.
The first time you log on you'll need to follow a few simple steps to create your settings and test that your equipment is connecting correctly.
